RideMax Help, please!!

I just got Ridemax for my trip departing this Wednesday (April 25). I downloaded the software, setup went fine. I added my attractions, and pressed Make My Plan! The minimizing wait times window pops up, and then it counts down, but when it reaches the end, the window just closes, showing no plan!! What's going on?

- I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling
- I have disabled my firewall

And I have emailed them with this problem, waiting for a reply. Any suggestions. Obviously, I need any help quickly
