Ride Switch

Hello all-.... here is my scenario, actual. We are a party of 11 going Thanksgiving week. We will have a 1 year old and a 4 year old that isn't tall enough for several attractions. For Flights of passage, everyone wants to ride, that can. Two adults stay with the kids while the rest ride. How does the switch work? We have never had to use it before, but this will happen for several attractions.

when you go to get in line, there will be a cast member (or 2) with an ipad. You find this member and tell them you need to do a "rider swap". They will get names of the kids that will be doing the swap and scan their and your magic band. This scan now gives you and the kids that are swapping (they're not gonna let more than 1 per adult) a LL pass for the ride. The ppl who stayed back and the kids who were registered now have a LL to go. Last year, they were sometimes lenient and would allow both kids to go again, but sometime they only let 1 and so we made them take turns. 1 time we even made them both stay back with their grandparents and mom and dad went together. The LL is tied to whatever magic bands they scanned
