They are closed. The Wonders of Life pavilion had been listed as a "seasonal" attraction for quite some time now, but I don't recall it being open for over a year.

As MousePlanet noted, it's now been removed from park maps altogether. There is no reason to believe that the pavilion will ever re-open in its current condition. Disney has reportedly been romancing sponsors for the pavilion. Its future will depend on either their ability to secure a new sponsor, or their willingness to pay for a renovation themselves.
