does anyone know if the BACKLOT TOURS, LIVING WITH THE LAND and SPACESHIP EARTH will be open in December? we went last January and were disapointed to learn that FOOD ROCKS, LIVING WITH THE LAND and BACKLOT TOURS were closed. thanks!

Backlot tours is up and running. Living with the Land is working. The Land is going into refurbishment in Jan for the new ride Soarin. Food Rocks is gone, Spaceship Earth is open but AT&T is no longer a sponsor so nothing at the end of the ride.

If it had been a while since you'd been to WDW last January, you'll find the Backlot Tour much different. The walking portion is smaller and the riding part also should cover less.
