Riddle me this!

Hi everyone! I need to go back and read all of yesterday's riddle. I didn't have time to read it during the day, and it looks like I missed a lot!

I need to take some time and look at today's riddle also. Nothing is jumping out at me right now.

Have a wonderful day!

How to be June Cleaver

Here's How:
Put on your prettiest dress every morning.
Wear your most expensive pearls.
Make sure the coffee is ready and hot for your husband.
Prepare an elaborate breakfast and call the family down to eat.
After breakfast, make sure the kitchen is spotless and glimmering.
Vacuum while the family is gone so the house is in ship shape when they get home.
Be at the door to greet the kids when they arrive home from school.
Make sure the kids get their milk, cold milk, and fresh cookies.
After everyone is in bed and while no one is looking, slip into more comfortable clothes.
Take the pearls off. You can be yourself again.

Tips:
If your dress isn't starched, it won't look as pretty.
Use real butter in the cookies. If you don't they won't taste as good.
Make sure the kids don't drink the milk straight out of the milk bottle!

Was there ever anyone REALLY like June???? :p

Have a GREAT day everyone! :)

I am....

Good morning OK and the Corral

First off, I don't have any ideas about the riddle then Diane comes along and says:

Thanks for having an easy riddle, Bernie!
See if I cut you any slack when you don't know the riddle.

Marsha, have a great trip, and try not to worry about the flight. Think of us in the snowy north. I made banana bread last night. Great minds must think alike.

Laura, congratulations on the new neice. They must be very excited.

Bro, how neat about Katie's play. That must have been fun for all of you.

I didn't realize that 50 was the Disney Trip birthday, and now I missed my chance. DH turns 50 in June, maybe then, but I don't think finances will allow that.

I am going to go and work on this EASY riddle.

Good morning.

Sounds like a neat evening with Katie, OK. Fun times indeed. Marsha, hope you and Tommy have a great trip, relax.

Hope everyone has a great day, again, stay warm. :sunny:

I need a hint. Just a teeny, tiny little push in the right direction. PLEEEAAASSSE!

Well....count me in among the CLUELESS this morning!

Laura - that's GREAT news about your new neice. It's happy events like this that rise above the "turbulance" of the day-to-day! CONGRATS!

All this talk about Girl Scout Cookies and Banana Bread is making me hungry.....did anyone of you Banana Bread Bakers "point out" the recipe? I feel an "urge" coming on!

I've got to go and get ready for my meeting....I missed the last 2 Wednesday's having been on vacation.....so I'm SURE to get a rousing welcome back!!!

Here's a funny vacation story.....I was in Prime Time Cafe with my niece and after inhaling our chicken pot pies, we ordered (to SHARE) a S'more's dessert......I can't begin to describe the wonder of it all....now the funny part....we ate it with SUCH gusto, that "cousin Mikey" introduced us to the entire room (after his eyes went back into their sockets) as the "hoover" sisters, as he "claimed" he had only brought the dessert out 2 mintues before....my niece is SURE it was at least 3 minutes...there's a story to share with my WW members, eh?

Later gang.....I remain, cluless in NY!

WAIT!!! BERNIE....you were at Horseneck and didn't say hi??? OOOOooooh you are in trouble Mister

Kitty, me thinks we should each buy eachother a drink ;)

Thanks for the well wishes on the weight thing...I am hoping I make it. hhhmmmmm Guiness is only 6 carbs, that is nice to know, the low carb beer tastes yucky :p

LTM, I made, but did not eat, banana bread. I figured out that the entire loaf was 49 points but didn't know how big a serving would be. 3/4 inch slice, by the book, was 5 points. That seemed about right. Just not worth it to me today. Beer, on the other hand, is worth the points.

I have my WW meeting today. If I have dropped 0.6 pounds, I will have hit 20 pounds lost. I REALLY want to make that today.

Carol! You're doing beautifully! I'll send good and "light" wishes your way today....I do my meeting at 12:00 - are you a lunch timer? Let me know so I can keep you specially in my thoughts at that time! You deserve the recognition today for passing up on fresh baked banana bread, regardless of whether the "scale" knows it or not!!! If you stay for the meeting be sure to share that with your group! That's the way the LONG term goals are achieved....by SHORT term improved choices!!!:D

Carol....way cool...keeping my fingers crossed for you!!!!

Morning all!

Carol, way to go! :)

Diane...this riddle is easy?? Not for me! And it's not even a *math* riddle!

OK...*YOU* are a clue to this riddle? Huh??? Need more of a clue than that!

Laura, how cool about the new niece!!! I am sure that is so thrilling! How nice to hear good news!!!

Gail...LOL, at you waiting for years for the family to come down to dinner! I always wonder how they managed to get everyone together at the *same* time for dinner...and all looking so nice!!

Have a GREAT day everyone!!!

Bernie's hint was VERY misleading!

When people like Bernie, Dan Murphy & SSB are in a DIS crowd, they are NOT this! LOL (And I'm not talking TALL here!)

Thanks to a generous clue, I think I've got it! PM on the way.

OK - I sent a PM - but ONLY with the kindess of a riddle buddy hitting me over the head with it.....does that mean I'm only entitled to one leg of my pants if I guessed correctly?

Since I got a hint, too, I'll only take one leg of the pants, too! :) :)
