We've reelected Pataki here. New York, particularly upstate, has been in a tough economic trough for quite a while. Pataki has made some inroads.....

As far as the elections go, good voter turnout at least means people were interested this year. And I think that's a good thing.

We had a GREAT voter turn out here. It was about 80% last I heard. That is wonderful on a non-presidential year. Minnesota often has the highest voter turnout in the country.

LOL! I would have if I could have gotten the governor's race turned around! we have a strong third party candidate here in Minnesota (No, Jesse wasn't running), and his 16% probably took away from my favorite, Roger Moe.
