A boy was at a carnival and went to a booth where a man said to the boy, "If I write your exact weight on this piece of paper then you have to give me $50, but if I cannot, I will pay you $50."

The boy looked around and saw no scale so he agrees, thinking no matter what the carny writes he'll just say he weighs more or less.

In the end the boy ended up paying the man $50. How did the man win the bet?

I hope that everthing is fine with Bernie and that he's just really busy. Thanks for trying to reach him Dan.

I have to run shortly to go and decorate the 2 birthday cakes for one of the seniors' homes here in town. They have a big party for everyone who has a birthday that month, and my cake decorating club has done the decorating for them for years. The club no longer does it, but a few of us have kept it up, so I do it 2 or 3 times a year.

Actually, I shouldn't say I'm going to run, I'm too sore to do more than shuffle this morning. I started back with Scottish Country Dancing last night for the first time in many years, and to say that I'm out of shape for it is putting it lightly! My feet hurt from spending so much time on my toes. Ginny is doing it with me this year, so it should be fun! This is just a group that does it for fun... no competions or recitals.
