Gail, here is the recipe. Thought I would post rather then PM so others could share.

Chocolate "Moose"

Place 50 Dove Milk or Dark chocolate hearts in heat proof bowl. Heat 1 cup whipping cream until hot but not boiling. Pour cream over chocolate and stir until Chocolate is completely melted. Cool to room temperature.

Whip 1 cup of cream with 3 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (or other pure extract such as orange or almond) until fluffy with soft peaks. Gently fold into cooled chocolate until well blended.

Pour into individual parfait glasses or cups and chill at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Before serving, decorate each dessert cup with a dollop of whipped cream and 1 or 2 unwrapped chocolate hearts.

Makes 2 parfait glasses.

I have never made this but it looks good.

I'm around for a while this morning before heading out to help my friend find thermal underwear for her 2 kids. Her DH is taking their DD13 & DS11 away skiing in Utah for the weekend & she'll have the house to herself.
