Richard Petty free dvc race track tour....

Has anyone ever done this? How was it good/bad and also, how long was the tour?

I never heard of this. You can tour the race track? Not the "ride-along" thin where you're riding in a race car? DH did the driving 8 laps (I'm not sure what it's called, maybe the Rookie Experience) and loved it, but I never heard of this.

This is probably what dis2cruise is talking about. To me it isn't clear if the free tour comes with the purchase of one of the ride experiences, so those interested should clarify at booking.

I did call their 1-800 number and you do get a tour free without the paid ride. You must also show your dvc card.
The tour is offered two times a week starts at 8:30-10 am. We did a tour at Daytona race track and enjoyed it so we were just wondering if this tour was as interesting ad the tour at Daytona.
