The Ride Along $59 deal is back.

Anyone used this in the past?

The website has no restictions listed, but when I called I was told it is not effective until 1/1/2012. Anyone ever use it in the past before 1/1? We will be in Orlando 12/2-12/10 and I'd like it for then.

Where did you find it? My DH did the ride along in January using a groupon. No issues and he liked it. He said he would have liked to have driven, but there was a huge price difference and it was a surprise for his birthday.

I did this for DH a few years ago when it was a great price (I think it might have been $79 for the ride-a-long). It also had restrictions to be used only after the first of the next year. Since it fit our travel plans I bought one.

It was soooo easy to use and DH LOVED the experience! I'd snap this up if we were going again this year ...

Thanks, OP. Now I know what to get my inlaws that just moved to FL for Christmas! I did this thru groupon when it was $79 and my DH LOVED it. THough, he hurt his back climbing in the car.

I did the ride along several years ago, then went back and did the driving! It was a blast, and I would love to do it again. Hubby thinks I am crazy I am the motorhead, not him!

My dad got one of these in his stocking one year. Went to Florida not long after Christmas & he used it right away. He LOVED LOVED LOVED the whole experience! I'd get him another one of we had any plans to travel .... but we do not.

Did this deal last year. Used in 1/2/11 in Orlando. While kids were napping in stroller I ran over to this. Was back by end of nap. Nice RUSH. Bucket list item...... but now I want to cough up the big $ to drive myself!!!

The site says that the ride along gift does not have an expiration date.

Am I right in thinking that you don't schedule an appointment for this, you just show up at the track and hope that the line isn't crazy that day? What is the best way to plan this into your day? Can you go watch your spouse do it, or is it better to just go on to the parks and meet up later? How much are the pictures and other souvenirs?
