Reviewing ADRs...questions for you!!!

HI Guys...

I am reviewing what I "hope" to be my ADRs that my agent places this Saturday am...I have a couple questions for you Disney lovers out there and people that know the area well. This will be my first time there and I just CAN'T WAIT!!

I don't know who is more excited...our four year old or me!!!

Okay...here are the questions...

1. Is Illuminations a water/fireworks show on the lagoon?? Would we be able to see this sitting outside Rose and Crown if we get an outside seat??

2. Block Party Bash...Studios...best place to watch it or are all sites pretty good??

3. Disney Dreams come True Parade...MK...best place to watch it or are all sites pretty good??

4. Spectromagic...is this a water show, fireworks or what?? If we have ressies at 7:30 at Whispering Canyon...could we make this?? Where would we go for it??

5. Boma ressies at 7:30...would we make to WISHES?? Is this something we will want to try to see more than once during our stay??

6. We are looking at a Narcossees ressie in the evening...was thinking there was something we could "watch" from an area in there...I don't know if it was Illuminations or Spectromagic or what...could you please advise?? I am getting all these evening things mixed up...

Want to make sure our evenings are doable...and not sure if I now need to change some of our eating places...

Okay, I'll do my best:
1.) Illuminations is a water/fireworks show on the lagoon at Epcot in the World Showcase...I don't know if you could see it from Rose & Crown though.
2.)????? I have't been to DHS in a while
3.) Try to get a curb along the parade route (check the map on wdwinfo.com) it starts by splash mountain I think
4.) Spectromagic is a light parade at Magic Kingdom and you probably wouldn't make it if you were eating at WCC at 7:30
5.) Boma is at Animal Kingdom Lodge and no, I don't think you'd make it to Wishes in time, unless it was a late night fireworks show. I personally love WISHES
6.)I don't know where Narcoosees is so I apologize I cannot help you there.

Would we be able to see this sitting outside Rose and Crown if we get an outside seat?? yes..and if you are lucky enough to get an outside seat. I would make ressies for about 45 min before illuminations and request an outside seat at the podium

2. Block Party Bash...Studios...best place to watch it or are all sites pretty good?? not sure this one....I would think anywhere along the main center walkway

3. Disney Dreams come True Parade...MK...best place to watch it or are all sites pretty good?? not sure on this one also...always grabbed a spot on main street for the parade

4. Spectromagic...is this a water show, fireworks or what?? If we have ressies at 7:30 at Whispering Canyon...could we make this?? Where would we go for it?? Spectromagic is a parade .....all lighted up. If you want to get a good spot I would say make the ressie earlier.

5. Boma ressies at 7:30...would we make to WISHES?? Is this something we will want to try to see more than once during our stay?? Again depends on the time but if we are talking around 9o without a car...definite no. With a car.. maybe but would still plan on earlier

I am getting all these evening things mixed up... You will probably be able to see the electrical water pageant. I believe you can also see wishes...but you may need to go outside.
Want to make sure our evenings are doable...and not sure if I now need to change some of our eating places... If you plan to make 9:00 or 10:00 shows and are not planning on eating in that park...I would try to make adr's around the 5:30 time slot....

Good point if we would miss a ressie somewhere along the line...I appreciate that feedback!!

1. Illuminations is the show on the WS lagoon. Don't know about the view from R&C because I've never eaten there, but it is a great show.

2. No idea.

3. No idea.

4. Spectro is a night time lighted parade at MK. The parade route starts getting crowded pretty early, and you wouldn't be able to make a 9pm showing with a 7:30 dinner. You have to figure an hour for dinner, half hour for transportation, and then time to get a decent spot for the parade.

5. Basically same as above - the buffet is a little quicker than a sitdown, but the ride from AKL to MK is longer. Your dates are close enough to mine for me to guess Wishes is showing at 9. That's not going to leave you enough time to eat and get there from AKL.

6. The show you're thinking of is the Electrical Water Pageant, a light parade on boats that goes around the Seven Seas Lagoon & Bay Lake, and Narcoosees is a great place to watch it is you're there late enough. The deck there is a great place to watch Wishes too if your ADR is close to fireworks time.

2. Block Party Bash...Studios...best place to watch it or are all sites pretty good?? IF ITS ANYTHING LIKE HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL, I'D SIT RIGHT IN FRONT FACING THE SORCERER'S HAT.

3. Disney Dreams come True Parade...MK...best place to watch it or are all sites pretty good?? I THINK THERE IS NO BETTER PLACE THAN TO BE AT THE MAIN HUB AT THE CASTLE. IF ITS REALLY HOT, HEAD DOWN MAIN ST AND SIT ON THE SIDE OF THE STREET IN THE SHADE. I THINK ITS NOW CALLED "MOVE IT, SHAKE IT" OR THE LIKE WITH GOOD CROWD PARTICIPATION. CAN'T WAIT TO SEE IT IN MAY.

4. Spectromagic...is this a water show, fireworks or what?? If we have ressies at 7:30 at Whispering Canyon...could we make this?? Where would we go for it?? SPECTROMAGIC IS A PARADE WITH FLOATS THAT LIGHT UP, THAT RUNS THROUGH FRONTIERLAND TO MAIN ST IN THE MAGIC KINGDOM. IT USUALLY RUNS AT 9PM I THINK, SO YOU PROBABLY WON'T BE ABLE TO MAKE IT OVER FROM WL IN TIME WITH A LATE DINNER RESERVATION. GO 6:30 AT THE LATEST IN CASE YOU'RE NOT SEATED RIGHT AWAY.

5. Boma ressies at 7:30...would we make to WISHES?? Is this something we will want to try to see more than once during our stay?? DEPENDS WHAT TIME WISHES IS THAT EVENING. ON NIGHTS THEY DON'T RUN SPECTROMAGIC, WISHES IS USUALLY AT 9PM, SO NO WAY YOU'D MAKE IT FROM THE AKL. ON NIGHTS THEY HAVE SPECTOMAGIC, ITS A 10PM SHOW AND COULD PROBABLY BE MADE.
6. We are looking at a Narcossees ressie in the evening...was thinking there was something we could "watch" from an area in there...I don't know if it was Illuminations or Spectromagic or what...could you please advise?? I am getting all these evening things mixed up... ELECTRICAL WATER PAGEANT IS ON THE 7 SEAS LAGOON. ITS VERY OLD SCHOOL DISNEY (KIND OF SHORT) BUT YOU CAN SEE IT FROM NARCOOSEES. PLAN ON A VERY LATE DINNER (9PM), BECAUSE THE SHOW IS AT ABOUT 9:30PM.
