Review on Grand Beach Villa's

We Just stayed there on 8/26. Checked in at 1PM, and requested 2 rooms on the 3rd Floor, Building 7 OR 8. Right near the parking garage and Pool. My room was not ready till 6.45PM. Got 4th floor Building 7, 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath.

Place was very clean ,and the Villa was big. They needed to clean the bird poop up more often on the stairwells. Beds were very comfortable. I liked the Balcony also. Grounds were average. If you can get a deal here, go for it. Very close to Downtown Disney. My Step Mom stopped over and she loved the Villa.

Thanks for the review. Did any of the bedrooms have a chair that would be comfortable to watch television in the evening?

Hi,

They had a Tv in the Living Room ,and Tv's in each room. In The Master Suite the Bed was right in front of the TV, nice and comfy when I watched the weather in the morning. There was a chair tucked in the corner of Bedroom, but I didn't use it.
