Haven't seen much on this place so thought I'd post our experience.
This is for the Worldmark Anaheim at 201 W Katella.
I inherited a timeshare so thought I'd try out this location.
We booked a 2BR/2BA unit. The building's front is located on S Zeyn Street but there's no signal, so if you past it, you have to drive to S Clementine and make a big square, not a big deal.
Valets are available in front to help you unload while you go check in. You'll get the pitch (I decided to go for Sunday morning at 7:30am) so the other people in the vehicle should be unloading. Once you get your room key (it functions as your parking pass as well) then get back in your vehicle and drive to the parking structure right next door. I believe it's $12/night for owners, $15/night for non-owners. There's 5 levels in the garage, so plenty of parking. You walk outside the structure and into the Worldmark, maybe 15 seconds. 2 sets of elevators on both sides of the building - we had to wait 5 minutes a couple times out of 20-30 times, but most of the time, the elevators were fast.
Unit was clean and functional. We didn't have a view of the parks, but my husband went up to the rooftop where they have a nice patio and layout and you can watch the fireworks there.
We actually only went into the parks once, and elected to Uber - it's a 3-5 minute drive to the Harbor entrance.
We didn't use the pool but noted that many others did - lots of music so looked like everyone was having a good time.
You can request items (like extra pillows) via their text service. They responded pretty quickly.
The presentation requires you to be there at least 60 minutes, but I was done after 45 min. YMMV.
We'd stay there again.
