review of Magical Stroller Rental?

Hello there!

Just realized that in a little over 2 weeks we will be going to Disney World with our 11 month old DD for the very first time! Umm... yea... thank goodness for those breathing exercises! Still have to make my shopping lists, packing lists, rent baby stuff...

We will be going for a week and staying at Beach Club!

I have been looking at the various rental companies and Magical Stroller seems to be the only one that has the pack n play with the option of the additional mattress. I did a search and did not come up with any reviews of this company. If someone who has used them could let me know what their experience was like, that would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I believe this is one of the companies that cannot drop off the rental equipment with bell services. Is it a hassle to try to meet with the staff or pretty easy to deal with?

Just curious why you are renting a pnp. Resorts will happily supply them for free. We were at CR in November and needed 2 in our room. They were set up when we got there.

I need the extra mattress, my baby does not sleep well with the thin pad that comes with the pack n play unless Disney offers that as well. The other option would be to have her sleep in the bed with us in which case DH won't be sleeping well.
