For those of you who used Rev. Jack, did he contact you in any way as your wedding approached. We booked him a year ago and our wedding is at the end of September and were wondering if he would contact us soon.

If I remember correctly (it is tough getting old )... he had sent us out a package (when we were married in 2004) with a bunch of different sermons he could give and wanted us to pick one and tweak it to fit us and send it back to him and such...

I am not sure when exactly in the time frame he did that, and well I am not sure if he still does that.... as that was back in 2004

But other than that, that was the only contact I can remember having with him prior to our big day........ he was wonderful!!!!

It was sooooo hot the day we were getting married, and our wedding was outside, I had asked him if he could shorten the ceremony due to the heat... LOL.... he said no problem.... that was only 10 minutes prior to the ceremony when I put in that request!!!!

I emailed him about 2 weeks ago regarding my wedding in November and I got that same package from him (plus and email) in less than 10 days. I actually got the email right away. The email said that he had us down in his book and we just had to send him the form with the sermon we wanted. Once we figure that out, we'll send it in with payment.
