I bought a heart rate monitor watch from REI about 6 months ago. Since about 2 months after purchase I've had a ton of problems with it. I've contacted the manufacturer but haven't received a response.
I bought it at REI with my REI membership card. I no longer have the receipt.
Will REI actually give me a refund on the watch if I take it back? I've taken really good care of it so it's pretty clear it's a problem with the watch.
Also, will they be able to look up my receipt using my REI membership number?
