Return to the Scene of the Crime: The Lurkyloos’ First Anniversary at WDW! New VIDEO!

That is awesome that she surprised you with brunch! And I am proud that you were able to scarf a few more waffles out of gratitude. It would have been rude not too. :rotfl:

The white chocolate tink. :lovestruc

And thanks for all the attic pics. Such a relief to see that the bathroom is big enough for me and my dress. :thumbsup2

Carrie, I have been lurking on your thread for weeks, and I just wanted to let you know that I have loved every bit of it. I think it's disneybridetoni that always says "more, more more!" and I wholeheartedly agree.I loved my big traditional church wedding 10 years ago, but you make me want to get married again at disneyworld!

Welcome out of lurkdom! :wave2: To second Betsy's motion, I highly recommend a vow renewal! :cutie: It's just like a wedding, without all the pressure.... :rotfl:

What a wonderful anniversary!! I can't wait to hear about the dessert party. I love that picture of you in your wedding gear looking at your wedding pictures! It's great!!

Hey, thanks! Before the dessert party, we have to get through a big chunk of the day spent at Animal Kingdom.... but then dessert party! :teeth:

What a wonderful anniversary surprise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh I wish I had your connections. That would be so fun!!! I was looking at your pictures at the brunch and thinking wow my wedding was there 2 days before that...

I wish I had my connections! :lmao: I still can't figure out what we did to deserve such a nice surprise - it's not like the dessert party cost that much.... And while we were there, I did think "I can't believe Toni was just here 2 days ago." The place was spotless - one would never guess that just days before you were dancing on the tables with a lampshade on your head (oh wait - am I scooping your trip report? ;) )

I just spent the last hour catching up on what I missed while on vacation and you are still working on your anniversery day. I guess I'll have to be patient.

What do you want, woman, BLOOD?!!! :faint: :rotfl2: I only started the anniversary yesterday - did you do a 24-hour turnaround? :cutie:

Ahem... do look us up if you find out you'll be coming to SoCal....:)

That is awesome that she surprised you with brunch! And I am proud that you were able to scarf a few more waffles out of gratitude. It would have been rude not too.

I think I had a Mickey-shaped bump in my tummy afterward.

And thanks for all the attic pics. Such a relief to see that the bathroom is big enough for me and my dress. :thumbsup2

Yeah, those pix weren't very glamorous, but the bathroom is really nice!

What a great surprise! And oh the irony of the shirt you wore that day!

:rotfl: My thoughts exactly!

Oh hunny, I have the sweetest story!! Jack was looking at your TR with me last night, and pointed to you(the pic of you kissing patrick on the bridge in Japan I think??] and said "OOOH mommy, a beautiful princess, look!", then he turned to me and said, you're a beautiful princess too!! Carrie, I just about died! Jack doesn't speak super great, and for him to come out with that bold statement!!! So to Jack, you are a beautiful princess, and luckily so am i..even if i was sitting on the couch with my pj's and not a beautiful wedding dress!

I really do think that the Attic story is my favorite of your TR (so far!). What a fantastic surprise. I was reading the entire post to DH and telling him I want a swanky brunch at DL!! Yeah, I don't think that's gonna' happen :-)

Your idea to revisit the Attic is a splendid one. I find it delightful that the Disney elves had a feast laid out for you, in order to allow you to really enjoy the space again. Of course, you brought tears to my eyes when you said you missed your guests and that they truly enriched your experience there (thanx!).

Okay, enough sniffles. Next please (and when can we go to DL and start plotting surprises for each other?!)!

ahhh so you did see me at the reception!!!! Oh well I guess that won't be a surprise in my trip report anymore. :lmao: :lmao:

What wonderful anniversary suprises! How lovely to relive your wedding day!!

And in regards to the cast member segway. It could have gone faster. Mine had a set of keys on it which locked it to 5 mph too. But they left the keys right on there! I could have ripped them out and flew along, but after running into one of the instructors I figured that wouldn't be the best plan! Haha!

Wow, great surprise for you "the surpriser", glad to hear your anniversary had a few unexpected things for you as well as Patrick :)

I think that you should always try to return to Brigadoon... another vote for the every year thing lol!

What a fantastic surprise!!

I think I would have cried to see all that lovely food waiting for me right after I just ate.

Wow!! That suprise for you two in the Attic....Amazing. It was truly so special! Thanks for sharing it with us!

When we got to Italy, Chad was there setting up some cones around the area familiar to Disney brides as Italy West Plaza. (Brides who have parties there have to pay $$$ for a plant wall to do the same thing as those cones. I guess Chad doesn’t work nights...).

Actually, my coordinator told me the wall is only required for Italy Courtyard and that they will be putting up a free iron fence for my dessert party.

Brunch at the Attic - what an amazing surprise for the one creating all of the surprises! The food looked wonderful and you got some great pics of the Attic. DF and I were there about 27 hours after you and Patrick! Did you notice the decor was a little different? I didn't see the carousel horse for example. I remember a great shot in your wedding pics with the horse in the foreground.

Wow....What a great surprise! I am jelous. I am trying to come oup with a surprise for my DH for our anniversary trip in Nov.

What an awesome suprise you got!! I think i could have found a bit more room in my tummy for that too! :thumbsup2

Totally OT question here.....where do you get the Model in a Bottle? i can't find it anywhere!!

Just found you, must go back and read!!!

:flower3: I'm so glad you found me!

Are you having a Mickey-shaped baby??

No, silly, that's the waffle I ate poking out!

Ohmygosh - that IS the sweetest story! :cloud9: What a sweetie Jack is. If he keeps talking like that, he'll be a real hit with the ladies... :cutie:

They can arrange a private brunch on the 4th floor patio at the Grand Californian - you could surprise him with that! Oh wait, no - you could surprise ME with that! :rotfl:

(and when can we go to DL and start plotting surprises for each other?!)!

See "brunch," above. :lmao:

Awesome Pixie dust......:surfweb:

I still can't believe it! :goodvibes

At least I didn't tell them about the part where the go-go dancer jumped out of your wedding cake. Oops.... :teeth:

AchhoooooDessertPartyooooooooooooooo! :)

I bought it right from their website and used a code for a discount. Right now you can use FF20 to get 20% off.

Also, I hear MIAB is similar to MAC's spray-on fixative, which I think you could just buy at the MAC counter.

:cool1: I just love that chocolate tink! It's so cute I would have had a hard time eating it. What a wonderful surprise & it's a shame you just had bfast(insert smiley with exploding stomach).
