Canadian Onsite Guests No Longer Eligible to Pre-purchase MagicBands (MBs)?

It worked...sort of. If you order between 6-11 days before your trip, it is supposed to ship to your resort. I ordered at 9 days, but they shipped it to my US address. So here I am at WDW, checked in today, and received an email that my MB+ arrived at my US address today. Even the cast member was surprised they did not ship to the resort. Glad I brought back ups.

I’m excited to see it! I’m not a big daytime parade fan, but I loved the nighttime parades! Glad one is back!

So maybe ordering at 6 days out will yield the correct results we are all looking for!

No guarantee. I have since read similar stories from other people. Your best bet if planning to try this is to order between 6-11 days but also put your home address as your Disney resort address (if it will allow it, but I don't see why it wouldn't).

Update: I am 8 days out from my arrival date today and updated mailing address and phone number - new contact info was accepted. Unfortunately, for my reservations booked with the Canadian resident discount way back when (not this current one) I cannot order Magicbands, but for a future reservation I made with no Canadian res discount it allows me order Magicbands.

TLDR: Hack works, but not on Canadian res discount bookings.
