Wishes is good from other locations. . .but nothing beats Wishes from Main Street! We like to stand right near Casey's!
The noise level in this place makes Rainforest Cafe look like the public library. Normally, its set to 11, but when the meteor shower hits, its set to stun.
Gotta love a restaurant whose chef recommends a big plate of @ss.![]()

11 more days until we go...thanks for holding me over.

Oh. Mah. Gawd. I love you now. Look under my name over there. Conner even has a onesie that says "I go to eleven".
You got some great fireworks shots over the castle. Thanks for sharing them. And I agree with you about the Rainforest Cafe food, it's just not good. DS loves the decor, so we just take a walk through and then eat elsewhere, although I must say that the Sparkling Volcano is a really good dessert, and it comes with a sparkler-thingy in it! Why do I always end up eating chocolate after reading this report?
Whoa! That dessert at TRex...lol
You got some really good firework pics. Sounds like you guys had a great evening.
Oh Carrie, your wishes pics are delightful!! What kind of camera do you own?? Love the lanyards and pins! So fun!
Last time Will and I went to Red Lobster, I stopped at the tank in the entryway on our way out, and told them - "Run while you still can!!"
Love the ice cream brick at T-Rex and the quippy pics. It saves me from having to eat there. Although, if I'm ever at WDW with my Rainforest Cafe lovin' pal, I'm sure he'll drag us over there to gawk. Sigh.
Sounds like you guys had a great evening! We avoided T-Rex as I thoughout it might send us into a meltdown from sensory overload, but that nice, er, light dessert looks like it might be worth braving the cacaphony for!![]()
Love the Wishes photos! My DS is scared of the fireworks so we always leave before all the nighttime shows. I LOVE looking at the pictures to see what I'm missing!
We caught 3 meteor showers and all we ordered was 1 course!
Great firework pictures! How many did you end up taking ? We had like 200 and I only liked maybe 10 of those!
Awwwwwwww, I loved reading about your romantic dinner (we never sit side by side at restaurants-maybe we should give it a try).
We never did get to see the fireworks at DL from in front of the castle......only from Fantasmic viewing area & from our room at the Grand. It kept getting cancelled because of wind.
What kind of camera are you all using (besides the iPhone)? The pics are awesome.
Carrie! I usually lurk around your trip report but I have to say your review and pictures of TRex made me CRACK up out loud here at work. Everyone in my office thinks I'm crazy!![]()
Can't wait for another update.
My laptop is off being fixed, so I am extremely behind. I love all the shots from your day in Epcot, although only 2 pictures from the AAR; how could you?LOL~ j/k
But, I must say how could you only split a cup of the cheese soup?
I'm totally jealous that your wedding planner sent a note with the super cool lanyards! I just happened to bump into our planner near Franck's one day during our trip and all I got was a hug![]()
Great fireworks pics!!!
Its so funny. I meet Bobbie that night and the Wilderness Lodge when her and hubby were waiting for the valet to get their car while Bobby and I were waiting for ours. I hear somebody calling my name and I look and she said Toni hey its Bobbie from the disboards..lol. So funny!
OK, now you definitely have to come back! And soon I hear theyre going to retire our fabulous modified 50th anniversary fireworks.![]()
