Retrieving my vacation online

I can't seem to retrieve my vacation online on the Disney website. I would like to be able to do my online ADR's but if I can't do the 10 days +, it will not be worth it. We did book with a TA from Canada, but should we not be able to find it? It starts 1BBxxxxx (5 numbers).

Anyone can help? I am sure I have the right phone number.

Thank you!

I frequently can't retrieve my reservations. Disney doesn't really know why, but they are still active--just not available online. I know it's not all that unusual. Hope they have a plan for this. It would be very annoying trying to make online reservations.

Can you make reservations without your number as long as you don't attempt the 90+10?

Since you booked with a TA you won't be able to pull up your reservation online. You TA has control over the reservation and is the only one who can make changes to the reservation.

As to makine ADRs you should be able to do this over the phone using the confirmation number your TA gave you.

What about if you booked from Disney direct. Should you be able to view your reservation on line? My reservation has 12 numbers and I can't seem to pull it up.

Are you sure you're looking at the right number? Mine is 8 characters, #BB##### like the OP's, and I can access it online. Didn't they ask you for your email address when you booked? They asked me and then emailed me the reservation, with the reservation number right in the subject line.

If you made the reservation yourself with WDW and can not view it online it could be two things. 1st In order to view your reservation online you need to register with the WDW website. 2nd Maybe the website is down which happens from time to time.

Also the amount of number in your reservation has nothing to do with it. For example this August my family and I have a 4/3 reservation and it's a total of 8 numbers in our confirmation since it's a package deal and we can view it online. Then for this December we have a room only AAA/CAA discount rate and it's 12 numbers in our confirmation because it's a room only reservation. Finally we can also view that reservation online.

The ability to book online ADRS isn't open to the general public, is it? I thought it was still just travel agents.

I was able to make several ADR's yesterday. Very cool. System is slick. I am unable to retrieve my resort ressie. I have a 12 digit number and I made the ressie myself over the phone with a pin code I got last fall. I still have the email from Disney. My problem may be that there doesn't seem to be a phone number associated with my reservation which is necessary in order to look at it online. I am able to retrieve my dining reservations though.

I can't retrieve mine either because my phone number isn't being recognised, probably because it's a British number :confused3
