I just started weight lifting and doing cardio on the eliptical. This will be my 3rd week. How long on average does it take to start seeing results? I know that my legs definitely feel better and I in general feel better, but I want to actually see the results....like loosing inches!
I am going to keep plugging away, but I am afraid of falling into the trap that if I don't start seeing any results I will give up. I am pretty sure that I am not going to do that this time because I know that I have GOT to loose the weight and get in shape. This time is different than any other time I have tried. I can't place my finger on why, but it is different.
Ok....off to do my ab work out!
