So I just looked on the fridge and see that my ADR making day is fast approaching (April 1) and haven't done any real looking in to places to eat this time around.

We got Free Dining again with the table service credits so I'm looking for places to eat that shall be delicious, I'd like to try something different then we normally do. However I've already been told by my partner that he wants to do Narcoosees again, as well as either Cindy's Royal Table or Chefs de France

In the past we have hit up:
  • The Wave (partner unimpressed, never again)
  • Coral Reef (partner loved it so we did it 3 years in a row)
  • Hoop-Dee-Doo (enjoyed)
  • Narcoosee's (partner wants to do again)
  • Jiko (partner disliked)
  • Sanna (willing to do again)
  • Citricos (like and did a 2nd year)
  • Cindy's Royal Table [Breakfast] - (partner loved, I thought it was so-so)
  • Shutters over at CBR - (eh)
  • Chefs de France (requested again after a year off)
  • 50's prime time (he liked it)
  • Sci-Fi drive in (was ok, no complaints)
  • Brown Derby (I don't recall that we liked it, but can't say that either of us disliked it)
  • Rainforest Cafe (we did it just to compare with the one in Gurnee, IL - no need to do again)
  • Be Our Guest (Lunch, don't feel the need to do a dinner there)

The problem is trying to find something that my picky partner is going to eat, his dietary eating habits have recently been restricted (on his own accord) to Chicken Breasts, Shrimp, or McDonald's Fish Sandwiches (JUST THE FISH Patty, no bun, no sauce, etc). We just recently came back from 5 days on the Disney Wonder and for dinner most nights he put his nose up at the menus and had them bring him a Fruit Plate. This is why I love free dining cause if I had to pay for him to go and pick the 5 shrimp out of his pasta dish and pay $30 for it I'd be ticked. At least it gives me a chance to try all the wonderful restaurants and delicious food. (yes I know free dining isn't free and I'm paying for it in other ways, but when they hand me that receipt after each meal I don't see it)

I understand that some places are 2 credits, so paying OOP will have to be done (I believe I usually do it once or twice per trip) so don't go 2 credit crazy folks :)

Anyways....where shall we go eat? 7 Days, 2 adults. Food and Wine will be going on too so take that into consideration too.

I look forward to your suggestions/recommendations

BOG dinner is completely a different experience that lunch, you should give it a try and you will be able to meet the Beast...too cool.
Liberty Tree tavern for lunch is good, we don't care for the dinner menu, for us its just to heavy.

We enjoy Tusker house for breakfast, for us they have the best mix of food, and the character dressed up in there safari outfits... to Cute. Also you can get breakfast at Rainforest at AK which we have enjoyed several times.

Spice Road Table is a great spot, while the menu looks a bit intimidating its not and its a beautiful spot on the water, it has become one of our fav's lately. Best calamari hands down we have had in long long time, and seasoning is spot on, super flavorful.

Tutto in Epcot is another of our fav's, I love the filet of Sole, simple, rustic and oh so good.

I would plan on having dinner one night or appetizer before dinner around the world showcase, sampling here and there, with some really good adult beverages in hand.

T-Rex at Disney Spring it is like Rainforest, but since the last time we were there they changed up the menu for the better in my opinion. We enjoy going at lunch time, don't forget your Landry's card, it will get you seated a bit faster, DH keeps the number in his phone. If you can't get ADR's call directly for ressies.

The are more new restaurants at Disney Springs, Morimoto's , the Boat house, Jock Lindsey's Hanger Bar, oh and the food truck pavilion area, lots more to see and do at night now. Some really interesting stores to check out.

We love Portobella Country Italian, the appetizer platter is on our must have list.
