Restaurants that are most worth it on the DP?

We are thinking of doing the dining plan and staying for 6 days..I'd like to get your opinions on what the best 1 TS credits are (I'm open to dining at a 2 TS credit restaurant as well). So far I have Ohana, Boma and Via Napoli.

Without knowing what type of foods you like or who you will be travelling with, it is hard to advise what to try.

My 14 year old son loves Trails End, I think Biergarten is incredible and you can't go wrong with Le Cellier (1 TS for lunch, 2 TS for dinner)

It will just be my boyfriend and I and we love all kinds of food.

Biergarten we have never tried and have heard good things about, I'll add that to my list

We like Crystal Palace and in 2010 we did Tony's in MK and enjoyed it.

We enjoyed Biergarten and Les Chefs de France (Even though it gets mixed reviews.) you can get an appetizer here on the standard DDP with the Prix Fix Menu,.

My husband and I have eaten at many places across Disney and our top favorite is Yak and Yeti in Animal Kingdom. The food was excellent and the dessert was the best ever. Coral Reef in Epcot was a very close second though not only is the food good but the atmosphere is wonderful.

If you're looking for monetary worth on the DDP for 2012, you need to look at places other than buffets.

Your price for the DDP will be $51.50. Dinner buffets are around $35. That means you really need to max out your QS and snack to come out ahead.

At a non-buffet, you can choose the higher priced entrees $30-$40, the dessert $6-$10, and then your drink $3-5 and you then get a better monetary value for the plan since you've come closer to spending the whole day's worth at just one meal.

The buffet/family style restaurants are getting expensive these days, so if you like that, the DDP 1 credit is a good use. Aside from those, we thought Le Cellier and Teppan Edo were the best TS credits. WPE and Kringla were the best CS credits.
