Are any the the resuarants in the theme parks, resorts and Disney Springs charge a fee for using credit cards? How about the food booths at Flower and Garden at Epcot?

Any places charge fee with CC by me? Don't wish to bring cash but hat to pay extra. I'm trying to cut cost at every turn to make this weekend trip possible.

No extra fees to use credit/cards at Disney with the possible exception of stand alone (snack/beverage) vending machines which might charge a small fee.

I've never been charged a fee at WDW for using a CC. You do need to bring a little cash, sometimes the CC machines are down. If you are going to be eating at the booths, or even just plan on using the CC for small purchases, I would suggest getting a gift card. They have the ones that come on wrist bands so you can wear them around your wrist and there is no pulling a card in and out all the time and a thousand little charges don't appear on your CC. You can use them for any purchases made at WDW, food - shops - drinks, etc. The only downside is you can only use them for Disney not in the outside world. Again, even with those, always have a little cash with you as a backup.

I used my credit card all over Epcot, including food booths, and never got charged any extra fees. Everything showed up as regular purchases without foreign transaction or service charges.

There are no fees for credit card use at Disney. Tehcnically, merchants are not supposed to do that as it violates their agreements with the credit card companies. That said, they often do offer a cash discount.

You should have no such concerns at Disney, though I do agree that a gift card is a great and easy way to pay, especially at the food booths.
