inline booking food now. If I book O’Hara dinner it says payment upfront requested. If we have meal plan do I need to pay. My issue is I’m in for quick service. I was going to upgrade to day. Once I upgrade can I book at no cost? Will it still be there at 7am? Ugh

You're confusing two different things.

The Luau - Spirit of Aloha - does require payment. I don't know how they deal with Dining Plans.

'Ohana - the restaurant - does not.
