Restaurant reviews and recipes...formerly Disney QOTD

We head for the safari....stand by.
Then over to EE for me to ride. I go in the single rider line.
Then to Dinosaur.
Back to the trails for the bats and tigers.
Flights of Wonder.
Then sometimes, but not everytime......Nemo, Lion King, ITTBAB.
And wander around. Love this park. It is so beautiful and well done.

The only thing we always do is the safari. Otherwise, we like to do: Festival of the Lion King, Nemo, and Flights of Wonder.

IF I'm with my DGC, I'll take DGC over to the Boneyard, and the girls like to climb on the ropes and DGS loves to dig. I have the patience to watch them for hours...they enjoy it so much. We'll do Conservation Station. ITTBAB scared them, I think they'll have to be 10+ before they give that one another try! They also like to beat the drums and meet the characters. They liked Pochahantas, sad to see that one go...is there something there in it's place for children?

If it's hot, and I'm prepared with a poncho, I'll ride Kali River Rapids. The DGC love that one!

I especially like to eat at Flame Tree BBQ, and it's where I'm most likely to go if I'm solo at WDW.

I like to look for DeVine...is she even still around? It's been awhile.

I like the Jingle Jungle parade a lot.

We don't have set touring plans for any park, but for AK we go to EE 1st, ride it then grab a FP for later then head over to the safari ride. Then we see how busy it is, look at the times for the various shows and go from there.

We don't go to AK that often. Maybe a few times a year. Partly because they close earlier compared the the other parks. And esp in the summer months we are more apt to go to a park in the late afternoon or evening. (Even now it is ridiculously hot and humid.)
And no particular plan. Just go where we have not been for awhile and do not have to wait to get on or in. ;)
Probably what I do like best there are taking the walks and seeing the animals.
I wish they had one of the places where you buy the nectar and feed the birds. I know. Lot's of places have those. But I always love them. :goodvibes I would probably go more often just for that alone.
DH did the Everest Challenge a few weeks ago and got the thrill of riding EE in the dark. Not only that, it was pouring rain. So every time they went out, it was like someone was throwing a bucket of water in his face. He said it was a blast! :thumbsup2 He rode EE three times before it was shut down due to the weather.

I have only been to AK once, so I don't have a plan. So if we do our meet, I need you guys to push me to go to AK! :rotfl:

There will be a meet, how big?? (Or small ;) ), we'll see.

QOTD.....10/12

What type of park ticket do you get?
(hopper, non-expriring, AP, etc)

those of you that get park hoppers.....do you get the non-expring or the expiring.

When we got them for the family in May, we got the expiring. We knew they would use them and the price to go non-expiring wasn't worth it to us.
