Okay...officially What is your favorite CS at DTD?

Ours is also Earl of Sandwich.....great salads too!
And Ghirardelli is also a favortite along with Wetzel's Pretzel's.

Heidi....don't let the long lines at Earls' keep you away. It is always that way, but they move peopel through really fast! It is amazing!

I thought I'd drop by--my sister is at work, my BIL is at the bank (he'll come back before he heads off to work), 1 niece is dressed, the other is in the living room singing her head off....we're about to go outside & enjoy the beautful day.

Now I want my favorite lunch--Ghiradelli ice cream! (root beer float with chocolate ice cream) or an Earl of Sandwich sandwich (always try something new--but I know I love the potato salad.)

Another vote for Earl of Sandwich! Love it!

The line moves SO fast. It was the longest we had ever seen it last time we went. I made DH stand in line and went next door to shop at the kitchen store. Within a couple minutes he called and said we better get back he was almost to the order girl! I was shocked!

Yeah, for DTD I would have to say Earl's also. Wolfgang around the corner is not bad at all. Although I have not eaten there in quite awhile.
Probably will in a few weeks as we are staying at SSR and using the CS dining plan.
I always enjoyed Wetzel's Pretzels while being on PI. Hated their lines though.
As a side note -- Flipper's Pizzeria (one at Cross Roads) delivers. There pizza crust reminds me somewhat of a Wetzel Pretzel dough. Meaning it's a pretty good pizza they serve. (And have free delivery.) If it was not for the CS dine plan I probably would have a pizza from Flipper's delivered to SSR.

Love Wetzel's pretzel dog.....yum. But there is a Wetzel's at the mall by my house in AZ so I can eat other things while at WDW

Several locations. But the one at Cross Roads is probably closest to WDW. Depending where anyone is staying anyway. I have also had deliveries from the one near Celebration/192.
We had pizza at Cross Roads location just last Saturday.

My favorite parade was the one DH and I were Grand Marshals in. Of course that was one time.
But really, my favorite parade is the one for MNSSHP. Which I will see in a few weeks.

I've never eaten in DTD...now I have to go try the Earl of Sandwich!

I love the Halloween parade. The Headless Horseman is absolutely incredible, and I agree with Nancy on the gravediggers. The whole Haunted Mansion part of it is awesome--even the man with the rickety dog and the lantern!

I absolutely LOVE the Christmas parade!! The music,the decorated floats ,the characters all dressed in their Christmas finery and the smell of the gingerbread cookies piped off the float as Goofy's kitchen goes by! It's such a great time of the year to be there!! Nothing beats the "snow" on Main Street!!
I also loved the Main Street Electrical Parade! That was the first parade we saw the very first time DH and I went to WDW in 1987 and the first parade the kids saw when we took them to WDW for the first time in 1997!! DD was only 3 (and now she's 15!!!!!) That parade brings back GREAT memories and will always be special to me!!!

How I miss AC. That's where I would be heading right now, if there was any point in going to PI.

We have never seen the Electrical Light Parade. When we started going to WDW, they had just stopped it.
When we went to DL they just started it after we returned.
Would love to eventually see it.

That is DH's favorite. He loved the simplicity of it. It was very beautiful.

I'm going to vote for the "Main Street Electrical Light Parade" as well, I've never been to WDW over Halloween and we did do Christmas one year but didn't attend the Christmas party in the evening.

Do they still do the Light parade during the evening on Bay Lake? I use to enjoy this parade as well, we could sit on the beach and watch this parade from our MK resort.
