Hoping someone can help me here since I have been on hold with Reservations/Dining for almost 4 hours. I also posted this in the restaurant thread. I called because for medical reasons I may not be able to go on a trip starting October 16 and everything is in my name. I wanted to put stuff in my husband's name. For our Boardwalk reservation, they said it should not be a problem because I added all of the adult guests on My Disney Experience so any one of us can check in, etc. However, when I asked about the restaurant reservations I was told they weren't sure since the "controller" of the reservation cannot be changed and transferred me to Dining to ask about it (and I have been on hold every since). However, before they transferred me, they said I would need to reduce my reservations by one person at least 24 hours before the reservation in order not to be charged. I think this would be a major change and am concerned they would charge the entire thing for the price fix stuff (we have a reservation at Space 220). Will I have to do this remotely if I cannot go? Can you use the update link on MDE for this? Thanks in advance for any help!
