It is the Garden Grill at Epcot in the Land pavillion.......
The platform that the tables are on, slowing rotate around in a circle and there are murals on the wall and some staged scenes of how the food is grown.

Does Whispering Canyon Cafe pass out wooden horses to all the kids? If so, my DD would love that.

The only time I have seen a wooden horse at WCC is when it is someones birthday and they pull out the horse and have you gallop around the whole restaurant while everyone sings happy birthday to you.

I set my wife up on her birthday this past February, she was so embarrased, but me and the kids were rolling

She got over it and looks back with on it with a smile, and then she hits me

I saw them do it with all the kids at breakfast one morning...

It was fun... they had games and such for them...

When we were there (a year ago) they passed out wooden horses to all the kids during dinner and had them ride around the restaurant. It was really cute and my kids had fun! They all got a wooden nickle afterwards.
