As much as we go to WDW I should know this 
but I don't. I am doing rough ADR's for Aug/Sept and I'm sure the park hours will be cut as they were in March so I can pretty much guess how those places will work. I do wonder if we can make ADR's for Epcot restaurants during the EMH's. Has anyone done this? I see that some stay open but back in December I tried to make a ressie for one and was told I could not. 
Do any of you know how this works? And would you know about how late the places stay open on an EMH evening? I think Epcot will probably close at 11 as they did my past two visits instead of midnight like it used to be.
Since we're doing deluxe we want to try a lot of new places. Many in the resort hotels. Specifically I am looking at:
Spoodles (May not even be there by the time we go)
Kona
Big River Grille & Brewing Works
Turf Club Bar and Grill at Saratoga Springs
Shutter's
Boatwright's
Whispering Canyon Cafe (We just stayed at WL and I don't remember it being open very late but we could order room service 'til midnight.)
If you guys know the hours please share. I know they will vary. I'm just trying to get an idea.
