This board has a wealth of information and I'm so thankful for it! I have learned that at Coral Reef you can have a custom menu (the same food as the regular menu just with your family photos) and a diver with a banner at no charge. What other "secrets" are there for the restaurants at the World? Share your stories and information here!!

I have seen at Chef Mickey's that when it's someone's birthday they have a special placemat.

I have seen at Chef Mickey's that when it's someone's birthday they have a special placemat.

Same for Crystal Palace - plus you get a cupcake with a candle.

For Narcoosee's they personalized our menus for us with a Happy Birthday Tricia message for me last October.

Victoria & Albert's gave us a personalized menu for our anniversary and a free loaf of sweet bread made by their master pastry chef.

Post anything special you know happens - not just birthday/anniversary - like the diver at CR - it doesn't have to be a special occasion. Are there things like that at other restaurants - not a diver but a little bit of surprise stuff.

Each resturant will do something for you if they know ahead of time. Like a cupcake or piece of cake a button or sing to you.

I'd love some more info about the Coral Reef thing! I'm new to the board and this will be my fam's first time at Disney, and I'd LOVE to surprise them with that! Could you direct me to a thread about how to work that out?

Okay - maybe I'm not phrasing my original post right. There has to be some free unknown things some of the restaurants do - like the menu at Coral Reef. That's not advertised anywhere except here from what I found.

It doesn't have to be Birthday or celebration related . . . just share something cool a restaurant does that isn't known by everyone.
