I was thinking of doing the same with trails end restaurant next trip. I am going to fo both the breakfast and dinner buffets. I have never eaten there before but definitely want to do both meals.
The only places I've ever eaten at twice in one trip is Earl of Sandwich one trip and WP Express another. Usually its one of the first and then one of the last days of the trip.
We ate at Whispering Canyon Cafe twice last trip. Once was for dinner (with an ADR) and the second time for lunch (we walked up and they had availability). This was also partly due to the fact that we were staying at the Wilderness Lodge and it was very convenient and family friendly. I also helped that the food was good and service awesome.
We also ate at Be Our Guest for both dinner and lunch on the last trip. Since it was our first time there we wanted to try both experiences and we really enjoyed both. I recommend both restaurants highly!
Wave when we stayed at the contemporary with my mother. She never went to the parks, so we usually had breakfast with her at the hotel before heading out for the day. We would go back and bring her out for dinner later. It was about 8 years ago and I still wonder, to this day, why she even came with us!!!
We have eaten at Columbia Harbor House and Flame Tree Barbecue twice in one trip. We will probably eat twice at CHH this trip because it's our favorite QS and maybe BOG if we can get an ADR for breakfast.
After the first time trying the pizza at Via Napoli, we went back two more times in the same trip! Also, we went to BOG for lunch and dinner on another trip.
We've eaten at Olivia's at Old Key West 2 or 3 times on many trips. There's a variety of good, basic food and it's relaxing and you can almost always walk in without a reservation (if it's not prime dinner hour during a busy season). We used to eat at Boma several times a trip, but have gone with friends the last 3X and there just wasn't time ....... but we're planning to go together next spring and will definitely eat at Boma.
I had OHANA dinner twice in one trip: thought I would DIE!...That said, I could do Boma or Tusker House, or a plated meal twice, as there are lighter choices to be had! That mountain 'o meat just is not my thing...even just two pieces of each. Really uncomfortable, but we love the experience there.
If we have it would be Cape May also we have hit QS Wolfgang Puck and Cooks of Dublin a few times in one trip. Off site Olive Garden we don't have one.
