Restaurant didn't charge me a dining credit?

Via napoli scanned my magic band and I signed the receipt however they never took a credit off my dining plan per the my Disney experience app! This was Tuesday night I would think it would of processed by now, also I checked and it was not charged to the room either...jw if anyone has had something similar happen.

If you have your receipt (or even if you don't), just go to guest services at your resort and see if they can fix it. It may very well be they can't and will count it as pixie dust, but at least then you'll know you've done all you can to make it right. Book another ADR and enjoy!

Yes, this happened to us 2 years ago, but we didn't realize it until our last day! So, we ended up with a LOT of snacks!

We had that happen a few years ago at Rose and Crown. We went to the hotel front desk to ask about it and they just told us to enjoy our extra credits.

They might have mistakenly taken the credit off of someone else’s account.

This happened to us in 2017. We ate at Tony’s for lunch, and had our last 3 credits to use at BOG that night.

When I went to pay, the server came back and said I was lacking 2 credits. She did some research and it turns out the server at Tony’s had mistakenly taken more credits off my account later that day (all of the accounts apparently stay on their hand held doo dads for a while).

They were able to fix it, thankfully, but it took a while (and this was during the Christmas party! )
