When my BF and myself visited Universal in December, we arrived late, but were hoping to get to some of the restaurants as I swore some of them continued to serve food later. When we ventured over though, the restaurants that I thought still served food were either closed or were only serving drinks. Now, we are going back next week and will not be arriving until 11pm, so I thought I would check again just in case, and see that some of the restaurants should still be serving dinner at that time (i.e.: Bob Marley, Margherittaville, and Bubba Gump), but 2 of those were closed last time we went 
. Do the restaurants go by the time posted on the internet, or do they make up their own time based on business? What are the current hours for the restaurants on City Walk?
