We are 60 days out at the end of the week, so I've been checking to see what's been available at 5am every so often.
Background: We are traveling with 9 people (two families), but are planning on booking reservations for 4 and 5 and hoping we can be sat near each other. Generally there seems to be tons of restaurants available for 4 people, but 5 people is very limited. I also checked for 6, just to see and like for parties of 4, almost every restaurant has availability. The 5th is a baby that will be in a high chair, so we could technically sit at a table for 4.
Do I have to try and call instead of booking through MDE? Can I just book a party of 6 and then check in with 5? Any other suggestions or something I'm not thinking of?
