I've seen it a couple of times. I think they decided wallah is easier than voila. The cutsie spelling has more letters, but it could be math isn't their strong suit either.

It's probably because they don't know the correct spelling of voila. Kinda like someone typing NOOB because they don't know it should be newbie. Or saying lip singing because they don't know it's supposed to be lip synching.

My mom has been saying hubby, ressies, brekkie and all my life (and I'm in my 40's)....long before internet and text abbreviations. Her grandparents were from Ireland and so were almost all of her older relatives in the NYC area...wonder if those terms came from across the pond. I've heard lots of people use the term "preggo" as well..."Is she preggo?"...again long before the internet.

And once when I had on Uggs and a student said "does boots doe" I think it's supposed to be "those boots though" but every time a kid says it, they say does/doe like a female deer.

You beat me to it. Not a cutsie spelling, a flat out incorrect one. Same with could of/would of/ should of.

Maybe Disney should go back to using the term "Priority Seating." ADRs aren't reservations, per se. There is no empty table waiting for RedAngie, party of 4, at 6pm.
