Response time after e-mailing guest communications?

I recently e-mailed guest communications regarding my disappointing stay at AKL. What is the normal turnaround time for a response?

I got a canned response from them 4 days after I sent my e-mail. They mentioned that I would be hearing from one of their correspondents within the next few weeks. I just informed them of a few operational problems that I noticed and also about the distinctive odor of cat pee that seemed to be in all the monorails we rode in. Other than the e-mail acknowledgement, I'm not too sure what else they would be writing me about.

I thought the monorail had a pee odor also. I guess a lot of children have accidents.

It took about a week to hear from someone.

I heard from someone within a week. An email within 2 days and then a phone call.
