We booked a cruise while on board our last cruise (April 12-19) and told them we wanted to transfer to Dreams Unlimited.

I have e-mailed them twice and still haven't heard anything-not even an automated response.

I have used Dreams in the past but I don't remember waiting so long for a response.

I did check with Disney and they verified that they did transfer the cruise.

Do you think I should just call Disney and see if they can get the reservation back?
 
I e-mailed Kelsie @ Dreams as she was the one who handled our previous cruise. When I transferred my last cruise I don't remember filling out any paper work.
 

All is well! Apparently, Kelsie had been receiving a lot of spam and she just didn't recognize mine! So glad she hasn't left Dreams like I thought!
