Wondering if the Treasure still has the Inagural Season Castaway gifts or if they have run out yet. Going in a couple of weeks.

Sailed on the Treasure from August 2-9. Unfortunately, we did not receive any. Just the same old merchandise from the past.

Think the inaugural gifts ended in May. We sailed 5/3 and received them. Not sure they lasted for many cruises after ours.

So they have not run out of sling bags yet?? Figured by summer’s end they would have run through the old supply. We got the old sling on our med cruise this summer.

Sailed 2 cruises on the Magic in July. Got the newer white pool bag. No blue sling bags.

That’s good news! I wish they would bring back the platinum backpack cooler for everyone. It’s one of my favorite castaway gifts as mine is watertight and can hold ice too.

I'm so mad that they are out. They shouldn't have been out because it was a 7 night itinerary for each trip and they should have been able to calculate the amount. With the wish it was hard to predict with the 3night/4night. Plus it was unacceptable the inaugural stateroom merch was on other ships. That affected supply. I'm really hoping they find some missing supply somewhere but I know it's probably all gone.

Sailed 8/30 and got the white tote bag, blue wet/dry bag, and round beach towel as a platinum. No inaugural gifts sadly.

The same thing happened on the Wish. I can maybe understand running out at like 10/11 months but not 6.

How long does “inaugural” really last? First cruise only? A month? Two? An entire year?

1 year technically. Not when it comes to Merchandise though

Disney sells the entire first year as "inaugural" sailings, but can't be bothered to produce enough stuff to make sure that everyone gets what they should. It's really quite ridiculous.

No, but that doesn't make it any less lame when they fail to provide it.
