Resorts that are excluded in the Visa card offer

So, I've noticed that BLT and VGF are excluded from the offer. Does that mean they will probably exclude those two resorts for offers in October or. November if they offer them?

Those were the two resorts that I had
Booked. Just wondering if I need to look at other resorts and go ahead and
Book just in case.

Grand Floridian Villas in all likelihood will be. Bay Lake Tower could be included, depending on how bookings look at that time.
