Resorts and Downtown Disney

I am sure this has been asked before but.....If you are at Downtown Disney does it have buses that go to all the resorts and parks or just the resorts?

Downtown Disney to a theme park or vice versa always requires making a connection at a resort.

In some cases doing one leg of your trip on foot (no pun intended) works out well, for example walk from DtD to Saratoga Springs and take park bus from there.
