Resort Selection Help!

The PO resorts are our family favorite Mods, but for just a bit more (great deal may I add) we would stay at BWI. But, if you are going to spend most of your time at the parks then I always vote to save $$$$.
I am normally an open to close park person but a toddler is going to change that!

Another option to consider (which I find myself recommending here a lot - haha) is a split stay. I'm in the boat as many others - LOVE CSR, but it is under construction and really awaiting the upgraded rooms. Also like POR/POFQ (FQ fan myself). What I might suggest is doing 4-5 days at CSR/POR/POFQ and then moving to BWI the last 2-3 days. You would pack up your luggage at the moderate resort, drop it off at bell services before check out and Disney will move bags for you to BWI that afternoon/early evening. You go to the parks or whatever else you may want to do. Then, when you get to BWI, you go to your room (or check in) and either stop by the bell services desk or call them from your room. They will have your bags for you - all free of charge (save for tips).

I totally understand the desire for staying put. But, it's something I like to point out for people who haven't done it before!

Bottom line - of the options you've highlighted, I don't think you'll go wrong. They are all good ones!

I can attest to this!

I stayed at BCV with my oldest when he was 6 month old years ago...the first time at a deluxe simply because I knew that I'd want easy access from some parks to my room with a little one. It was *very worth it* to be able to walk to our room from Epcot and DHS (not as quick a walk as from Epcot, but soooo much better than hauling a stroller onto a bus). We spent a lot of afternoons napping along with baby or playing by the pool.

I think BWI is a really good choice. I hope you have a great trip :).

Boardwalk. Especially nice if using a stroller for the little one, roll right out of the room, down the elevator, roll onto the boat or walk to Epcot or the Studios! And so much entertainment at night.
