We just booked a one night stay at the BC this weekend for Father’s Day and I was glancing at mobile ordering and realized there are no allergy indicators on the app for the Beach Club quick serve. Has anyone been to the resorts recently that can speak to what the process is for allergy safe meals? I had been under the impression that mobile ordering was required for all quick services, but that can’t be the case if you can’t do allergy friendly orders, right?

Mobile order is highly recommended but you can still order in person for certain reasons and allergies is one of them. I don't remember any of the resort QS places having allergy menus on the app. For allergies, you still alert a CM and order with a chef or manager.

You can order in person at the parks too if there any questions or the allergy menu doesn’t work. They are a bit more zealous at pushing people to the app so you might have to insist but it is allowed.

We have been here two full days and haven't mobile ordered once as of yet, as waiting in lines for food has been faster so far.

You can order in person at the parks even if there are no allergy/other issues.
The different quick service places have different layouts, but in general have at least one register for in person ordering.
