Resort Photography Sessions

On our last trip to the Beach Club our family was able to schedule a photo shoot session with a Disney photographer and he did some great family shots that we we able to use with Photopass. He did the shoot just before sunset and we got some great pictures.

We are planning a lat May vacation and were wondering if this service was still available and at which resorts. We would probably like to do something different. Any help with this would be appreciated.

We did it at the POLY in 2010. And we did it a few months ago at GF. It is no longer a photopass photographer. It is a professional photographer with very fancy equipment! It is arranged through Disney Fine Art Photography. The cost went up quite a bit from 2010, but so did the quality. We received a flash drive at the end with 125+ pictures. We were a party of 7, and had many poses taken, including separate pics of each of 3 kids, me and hubby, and my parents. Plus, a few poses of all of us.

We will do it again next September.

We did a mini session for $150. I was worried about getting all the poses I wanted with a group of 7....but- he nailed it! We were very happy with the pictures.

We were married at WDW, and the local photogs we used did a beautiful job. They're usually cheaper than Disney (they used to be pro photographers for the park, doing weddings and events) and are there practically every day doing family photos & weddings. Feel free to DM me if you'd like their info - they're wonderful people and I liked their photos better than the ones Disney took.

We did this years ago (2008) at the Grand Floridian when it was a photo pass photographer. It was great!

Any options like this for the moderate resorts? We are staying at CBR and would love to do this. I see the company mentioned only does it for certain resorts but is there any others or even Disney Photographers that would do a photo shoot at CBR?

Those are the locations for the pictures, but anyone can book. You dont have to be staying at those locations. In 2008, we stayed at the POR but did a photo session at the Grand Floridian.

We also stayed at PO-FQ and booked a session at the Beach Club. We are considering the Grand Floridian for our next trip.

SO excited to hear you got 125+ photos with the smaller package plan! We are a family of 5, and it is our 20th anniversary when we go, so we planned to book a session for Beach Club. Figured that because our kids are older we could get the must have shots easily in 20 minutes. I'm a very happy camper now!

Oh I forgot to mention I would also like to check into any options of Disney Photographers that may be avaliable to take pictures at CBR since that is were we will be staying. I would love proffesional pictures of the resort we stay at as a momento. Is the only option for CBR for us to take them ourselves?
