We are staying at Pop Century and wanting to visit the other resorts. What is the best way to get to them all? We will not have a car.

Bus to a park, then bus or other transportation to other resorts.
Pop to Contemporary/BLT, Polynesian, GF: MK bus then monorail
Pop to Wilderness Lodge/VWL, Fort Wilderness: MK bus to boat
Pop to BC, YC, BW, Dolphin, Swan: DHS bus then boat or walk
Pop to Port Orleans: bus to DtD, boat to PO
Pop to SSR, OKW: ditto (different boat)
Pop to AKL, CSR, CBR, All Stars: bus to Epcot/DHS, transfer to bus to destination.

Great directions but further explanations:
You can visit Contemporary, Polynesian, and GF all in one visit using the monorail to get from one to another.
You can also visit BC, YC, BW, Dolphin, and Swan all in one visit using the boat or walking to get from one to another.
You can get from POFQ to POR by walking or boat.
AKL, CSR, CBR, and the All Stars do not have a direct way to get between any other resort - you would have to go back to a park or DTD and get a bus to a different resort.

If you don't mind taking a portion of a park day, I would opt to visit BC, YC, BW, Dolphin & Swan while already at Epcot. Exit through the International Gateway, take a leisurely stroll to all five, and then either ride a boat to DHS or boat/walk back to Epcot. Just personal preference, though. :) Swan & Dolphin have great restaurants and shops, and rumor has it that the ice cream at the BC can't be beat -- I'd make an afternoon of it!

I'll list the most popular hotels.First get yourself to the Magic Kingdom, from there take the monorail to the Grand Floridian,Polynesian and Contemporary, also make sure to take a boat to the Wilderness Lodge, one of my favorites,it's not on the monorail line but a short boat ride from the MK and the monorail resorts.

The other major hotels you'll want to visit are the Epcot area resorts. You can access them by walking or taking a boat from Hollywood Studios or from Epcot's back entrance called the International Gateway. If you take a bus to Epcot you will have to enter to exit out the International Gateway so unless you're visiting Epcot it might be better to take a bus to DHS.The hotels here are the Y&B Club, the Boardwalk and although not highly themed you can also check out the Dolphin and Swan.

Another must see hotel that's kind of not really next to any park and the only way to get to it would be from any theme park by bus would be the Animal Kingdom lodge, definitely in the top 3 nicest list for sure.

The value and moderate resorts while they may not be the most visited resorts are still nice to check out.I know when Art of Animation completely opens I'll grab a bus to see it.
