Resort hopping

We will be staying at AKL for christmas and it is my understanding that you can't enter this resort unless you are staying there or have PS for one of the resturants. I was wondering if this is true for the other resort as we have rented a car mainly because we wanted to hop from resort to resort to see how each were decorated for the holidays. This will be our 4th trip but the first time we've been there at Xmas. It is also my fondest hope that we'll have warm weather and BB will be open as i have always want to go and have informed my DH that if i have to leave DW without doing this we will be planning our 5th trip as soon as we get home. Thanks for any help you can provide on the above.

We always try other resorts resturants without PS or reservations,
when we reach the guard at the gate, we tell him that we are going to dine at the chosen resturant and he would then give us a few hours pass to put on our car dash (for security reason) we would go in and either valet park it or self do it.
As for Blizzard beach, it is usually open if weather permits, not like Typhoon lagoon when it closes for annual maintanence.

That was only when it first opened..now anyone can come see it. We stayed at POR last time and brought our books to read on the balcony at AKL, while animal watching. We visited most all of the resorts end of August. I love to resort hop!

On our last trip we resort hopped. We visited WL, Poly, Con, GF, and AKL. We were staying at the AS Sports and we used the buses to go to one of the theme parks and then hopped on a bus to a different resort. We used the monorail and the boats for the Magic Kingdom resorts. It may take a little longer than driving your own car, but it sure seemed easier to me. No questions asked.
