>> Resort Grocery Delivery FAQ <<

Does instacart require you to be present for the delivery? We have used garden grocer in the past and Amazon Prime Now. This will be our first try at instacart.
Don't know if this is too late to be helpful, but we just got back from a trip and used Instacart. They delivered to Pop while we were over at Disney Springs, no problem. Just picked up the groceries from bell service when we got back. We had perishables, but no alcohol.

Hi all, quick Instacart question.

Trying to order some groceries with Instacart to Jambo House. I enter the address in (2901 W Osceola Parkway, 32830) but the marker on the map it shows after I place my order is not AKL. It’s some other random place on Osceola Parkway.

Should I be concerned? Anyone else had the same issue?

I've been using
2901 Osceola Pkwy Orlando, FL 32830

The delivery folk know where Disney's AKL Jambo is, just use your address above and if possible note DISNEY's Animal Kingdom Lodge - Jambo.

I know my instacart people usually text me while they're shopping at which point I can check about any address issues.

Since this is a moving target a more current answer is required.....even though it's a little more $, I always used the resort grocery order form to have things brought to the villa just before check in.....can someone tell me if this is still happening?? I have the form...it's still online but that doesn't mean it's not been suspended.

Has anyone ordered from instacart for delivery to Boulder Ridge/Wilderness Lodge? Whenever I try to put in the address, the only option that comes up is a cabin in Fort Wilderness.

We haven’t been to WDW since 10/2019. Which grocery delivery places can still deliver to bell services?

thanks!!

Use the address for Wilderness Lodge, leave off the boulder ridge part as to anyone delivering it's all the same location and process.

901 Timberline Dr, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32836

Can someone share best delivery options for a case of water and maybe a few snacks? We will be staying at Boardwalk Inn.

Honestly, at BWI you have a short walk to the Speedway station at the entrance. Problem for me there is toting a large quantity of water back. I just don't have the muscle for that.

Take note that since BWI is part of a convention center they charge a delivery fee if you choose to have them take the delivery for you. I'm not sure what this is $wise at the moment. You do not hit this fee at non-convention center resorts.

For me Walmart delivery is the best for a random collection of items being delivered. If you use them, be sure to check the substitutions after checkout, usually they will deliver the same or better quality for the same price as what you bought. They have quite a few waters to choose from.

Instacart is also a good option, but I've found I prefer to shop at publix verses having someone else do it for me so I can hit up sale and impulse items (awesome bakery!). Their prices usually aren't the lowest either.

I do not have presonal experience using Nestlé waters But I remember reading this post A week or so ago. May be an option for you. No snacks but you could get your water.

always get water delivered - think I posted this earlier in the thread, but Nestle waters offers free delivery and 50% off the entirety of your first order, no minimum required.

I've used it three times, once under my own name, my daughter's name and my son's names. We're out of free deliveries but it was great while it lasted.

I am staying at the Contemporary in September. I would like just a few things delivered to the resort, namely water and soda. Which service is working best for that resort?

Should I order when we land at MCO? We have a 2.5 hour flight, so I wasn’t sure if I should place it before we leave or once we land.

Do the delivery services still leave the order at bell services? Will any deliver it to the room? No alcohol involved.

Has anyone used Walmart to deliver to Kidani lately? We used them a few years ago and wanted to see if they are still delivering there and recent experiences.

I think the problem for me is hitting the $35 min. I have instacart, walmart (free delivery over $35), Amazon prime. Hopefully others have experience with deliveries to BWI. Thank you!

If you don't mind sharing, which option did you use? We'll be going in 3 weeks, staying @ BWI and looking for a delivery of a few items including a couple of cases of water. Thanks!

Has anyone ordered from Amazon Prime now this July? How was it?

For our past two years plus, we have used Amazon Prime Now for water (2-3 cases), Gatorade, Lemonade, and snacks/fruit. I believe the minimum was around $60, so I always throw in some beef jerky (for my son) and cashews (for me - it is our vacation splurge!), and that total goes right up!

We've had great experiences until our most recent trip this past June. Let's just say they could not have screwed it up more if they'd tried. Every single item was wrong. For example, I ordered 4 of those little Nutella/Cracker cups...and got four JARS of Nutella. I ordered bananas, and got bananas so green that after 6 days they were still inedible. I ordered a case of water, and got 1 liter. The "we'll fix it for free" order was worse. They did end up crediting the total, but my daughter is T1 diabetic; my son has food allergies, so these groceries are pretty necessary for us.

Any recent experiences would be great! Thanks!

YOu will be there before I will! I go last week of Aug/beginning of September so maybe you will know first

too funny. :-) Well I guess I'll have to let you know what we did and the experience we had. I was leaning towards using Walmart. Last time we went was in 2018 and we used Prime Now staying at the BC.
