>> Resort Grocery Delivery FAQ <<

I have been trying to make an Amazon Fresh order to BCV for weeks now. They are out of stock on all of my staples, including skim milk (they only sell organic and lactose free), coffee mate creamer, propel, from loops... what grocery store could they be shopping from? How can they be out of staple foods day after day, week after week? Are they shopping from a convenience store? Or Whole Foods? Everything I search comes up with organic options. Amazon Prime Now doesn't work anymore when you put in Disney's zip code. Help!

I was afraid that might happen, Amazon dropped my area where I live too, but we still get the Whole Foods options which is great for fresh items, but I don't buy any expensive processed items from them.
Another option, aside from Walmart, is use Publix with an instacart delivery.

Bell services will accept deliveries that are in sealed bags any time of day or night. You have to look at the available delivery windows on each service to tell what is available for what you're looking for. I've had Amazon Prime Now delivered as early as 7am and as late as 8 pm.

As a rule of thumb, alcohol is not accepted by bell services but since the bags should be sealed and tagged shut they won't know what's in them.

Last I had heard Walmart orders are still not being taken by bell services as they still do not seal their bags.
How can I find out if walmart deliveries are being accepted? I was planning to order from there for Friday when we arrive.

If I am not getting fresh foods, just some water and snacks to have around the room, can i have it sent to the resort in advance of the day I get there? I go next tuesday, can i send it there via amazon prime for delivery say later this week? Will they hold it?

You can try to call the resort. Worst case, they tell you No.

There is usually limited room available on those shelves.
Why not just schedule it for the day you arrive and not worry or have it get lost?

I just didnt want to have to sit in the room all day the day I arrive hoping the delivery gets there. We planned to go to the pool and relax on the day we fly in.

I used Deliveries by Dee, via the Dumplin’ App. To OKW for a 10 day trip. We ordered a TON of stuff since OKW has a full kitchen & we do a lot of “leave the parks early / pool nights” kinda days. It worked out SO wel. I ordered 2 cases of beer, so I had to sign for it, but that wasn’t an issue since our arrival day is always just a chill / pool day. They had 90% of what I ordered & were very communicative when substitution was needed.

At home, we use Walmart delivery & it rocks too.

Has anyone used "Garden Grocer" (post Covid) ?
If so, how was it? I have used them for years, but have not been to Disney since July 2019, and wondering if delivery has been a problem for them and/or the hotel, and how the hotels are handling deliveries.
Thanks !

Using Garden Grocer for the first time, I would like to have groceries delivered ( no alcohol) between 4-9pm on arrival day. We will be at the parks and would like to have bell services bring the groceries to the room around 9-10pm. Do Bell services deliver that late?
Thanks!

Does anyone know how late the different grocery services will deliver to the resorts? We will be staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort in a few weeks, our flight is supposed to land at 8:30pm, & then we'll be taking Magical Express to the resort. Was planning on having alcohol in the order, so I didn't know if they would hold it if we haven't checked in yet.
When we went and ordered through Amazon, they did not get to our resort until 9pm. They were running a little behind though

I am going to place an order for Amazon Fresh. I arrive tomorrow in the late afternoon. Should I complete the order when I land? Will they still send it if I order at 5:45? Or should I complete it earlier? My order does contain a 12-pack of beer so I'm not sure that bell services at AKV will be able to accept it if it makes it there before me. Thanks!

i just came back from AOA last week. We used amazon fresh. I ordered when i got to the airport waiting on my bags. They drop the order at bell services or the luggage assistance area in AOA in my case. I went and signed for it and was good to go. Super easy. I did not have to be there for delivery.

Did you have alcohol?

Has anyone tried to use Prime Now to Dolphin Resort?

Do I have to be there to receive the order or they can deliver it to bell services? (It doesn't include alcohol)
I ask because this is not a Disney hotel. I've used Prime on Pop Century without any trouble but this is my first time on Dolphin.

Ugh. I ordered from Amazon Fresh for a 4-6 pm delivery. Before 4:00, I got a notice that my groceries were on the way and that they would be here at RIV between 3:55 - 4:55. I clicked on it and it said that my delivery was next and showed the driver up north of Sand Lake Road. Then, she sat there for nearly 30 minutes. Then, she started heading my way but decided to make some stops on her own. She’s made 2 other stops and is now now southwest of me in Kissimmee at Orange Blossom Trail and 192. I gave no idea what the heck is going on. I tipped her 50% more than the recommended amount and I had an extra $5 in my pocket for her because it was going to be here within the first hour. She’s not getting it now!

I used Whole Foods the last time and it was seamless. This, not so much. I wonder what the heck is going on.

edited, she’s finally here squeaking under the 6:00 pm initial window, but still an hour late.

Am I correct in the fact that Swan and Dolphin do not allow deliveries? I am looking to get bottled water. Garden Grocer wont deliver there and I am being told Swan and Dolphin do not allow amazon or whatever. I just want some water :crazy2:

If all you want is water, don't bother paying to get it delivered. Swan and Dolphin provide bottled water. They'll give you as much as you want.

With Amazon Prime Now ending by the end of this year, and migrating things into the Amazon Prime catalog, https://www.engadget.com/amazon-retiring-prime-now-deliveries-app-092024705.html

I wonder how that will impact deliveries.
Interesting. Lately I've been ordering some basics using my prime account off the Amazon parent site and had delivery by the next day, I've seen some items offered with same day delivery. Had no idea that was what was happening.

I think it's about time I tried Publix delivery (instacart?). I assume it works the same as Stop and Shop up my way. Problem with that is I love browsing the bake shop and just end up renting a car on those trips anyway.
