We are planning a family trip for December 2016. We will be a party of 6 adults (3 couples) and no children. I am trying to decide on a resort. I have seen some suites that say sleep 6. Do any of the resorts have a suite that comfortably sleeps 6 or would I be better off with 3 rooms at a Value resort?

TIA
Stacie

As far as I know anything that sleeps 6 is going to be a little bit cramped:scared: but then how much time do you spend in the room? also, you might think about how the bathroom situation might work with 6 of you.:rolleyes1 I personally would look for a deal at something like Port Orleans Riverside/French quarter...not somewhere there are a million little kiddies running around .

Our trips have consisted of 3 couples for a few years. We typically try to get 3 individual rooms. In the past, we stayed off propery because of Mariott points. For the upcoming trip at the end of September, we're staying on property and got 3 room at AS Sports, booked through Orbitz.

We did this at OKW with six adults (two couples and two singles). Rented points and got a two bedroom villa. The master bedroom had a king, the second bedroom had two queens. Plus, the living room had two pull out couches (a queen and a twin) which we ended up using some nights just to spread out. Both of the pullouts were new, just as comfortable as the actual beds. Added benefit of having two full bathrooms as well. I don't know if the cost is currently better or worse than getting three rooms at a Value, but for us at the time, it was a better deal.

Personally, I would go with three separate rooms at a value (or even a moderate) resort. Better privacy, and each couple gets their own bathroom.

I would want three rooms for sure. More privacy. Besides if you are all sharing costs it doesn't seem as fair for one couple to get a king bed with an attached bathroom and the other two to have to sleep on pull outs in the living room KWIM?
