Resort fees

They simply just need to come up with a Disney fine system. They could issue tickets for not standing behind the yellow line at the bus stops, not knowing what you want to order after standing in line and staring at the menu for a full 15 minutes, not understanding the DDP once placing your order, trying to use FP's too late, trying to use FP's too early, etc.

Really the fines are limitless. You could accrue points for too many tickets like your motor vehicle record and Disney should just start surcharging those wreck less people for everything. $$$$$$$$$$

Mousekeepers have already been instructed to discontinue towel animals.

I had a towel animal 3 different times on my last recent trip. Some are still doing it. Think it all depends on the mousekeeper.

Well, I can see them being billed to the room for $12.95 each. If you want to keep them, they're $29.95.

I stayed at a Marriott resort last weekend that had one. I think it was $22 per night. While it is kind of frustrating that it's a mandatory fee that's not shown on the advertised price, use of the resort's grounds were well worth the $22, so it didn't bother me too much. I would rather not see Disney do this, but I'll be shocked if we don't see it in the next 18 months.

Deluxe Main Street parade viewing fee - $20 (curb side seating)

And for $75, you get Deluxe Viewing with a cupcake.

I believe you have this confused with the special $99 "Behind The Curtain Dining Package" where you get to experience the magic inner workings of a real Disney restaurant!

I believe that is called the "Be Our Footman" Package.

On other threads about ticket price increase frustrations, I held my comments about using my DVC points to do a only stay at resort vacation with no park visits to avoid the price gouging -trying not to give them ideas about extra charges to the rooms -- Arrgghhh they got me anyway!!

If a parade character waves at you directly that's got to be at least a $15 charge! At least it might help with front row viewing access at the parade.

When the salespeople ask for my "autograph" when signing a credit card ticket, I'll think I'll charge a 30% autograph fee!! Currently I just hold my hands over my mouth and giggle as if I'm flattered they would ask for my autograph - like Mickey and Minnie do. The salespeople don't usually find it that amusing. So I must charge them!!
